Rym Bedoui Ayari In addition to being HMA/MENA’s business partner in Tunisia, Rym is the Secretary General of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce and a successful entrepreneur. Formerly with IESC and the Global Technology Network (GTN), she began consulting in 1999, and opened a Halva factory in 2007 with sales and distribution throughout the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Rym earned undergraduate degrees in business administration and marketing from the Université Laval, Quebec, Canada and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, New York. Tara Sabre Collier Sabre is an international economic development specialist with a background in enterprise development and private sector development. She has worked with NGOs, multilaterals and the private sector in the USA, Brazil, Jordan, Angola and Peru. Her areas of expertise include business development, business enabling environments, value chain enhancement, gender and social inclusion. Ms. Collier is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. She earned her MA in International Management & Policy at New York University and her BA at Spelman College. She has produced three documentaries exploring issues of race and social exclusion in Cuba, Brazil and Venezuela.
