  • Company Evaluation & Goals Assessment - begins the USMEP process and contains information you provide about your company and its products.  This information will help our creative team in developing a positioning strategy and helps identify possible market niche opportunities.  It's also where you tell our team what objectives and goals you have set, so we can align our thinking to your success.

  • Creative Brief & Positioning Statement – describes your company's key competitive advantage so others can also easily understand it, and serves to drive the creative process for the rest of your marketing tools.

  • A Market Snapshot – that's designed to provide clarity of vertical market opportunities.  Based on the most current information available, it seeks to identify key market players and to highlight vulnerabilities that may present opportunities for you.  Also lists major trade shows and trade publications for your consideration.

  • Press Coverage – includes the preparation and distribution of a 1- to 2-page press release using either a wire service or internal lists, to introduce your company to potential customers and key industry publications.

  • Sales Literature – is created and printed using your art or photography.  You receive 2,500 full-color 8.5" x 11" sales fliers that provide company and product information.  Use for direct mail, at trade shows, or during sales calls.

  • Advertising* – in the form of a full-page color ad (our designer using your photography or art).  You also receive the ad in a form (JPEG/PDF) that is compatible for use for direct mail or email campaigns.  We deliver classified ad copy to solicit sales representatives (if appropriate) and review resumes for you, providing only the best candidates for your consideration.

After the USMEP - USMEP II: Ongoing Sales & Marketing Support in the U.S. Market

After completing the USMEP, or for companies who see to expand on their current presence in the U.S. market, we offer a broad range of ongoing sales and marketing communications support services.  These custom-tailored solutions are quoted on an individual basis, but may include:

  • Direct Sales - Sometimes the best approach to headquarter sales is a direct sales method.  In these cases, we act directly as your in-country representative and introduce your product or service to key buyers.

  • Sales Management - In some instances, it is best to contract with channel professionals with an established network to represent our client’s products and services.  In these cases, we identify, interview and select prominent channel sales representatives and rep groups to act as your agent.  Representatives, their fees and commission arrangements are presented to clients for prior approval.  We then supply sales management activities and constantly monitor sales progress.  Clients receive monthly updates and quarterly reports on progress and/or obstacles that must be overcome.

  • Advertising Services - From advertising creation—layout & design, copywriting, photography and more—we provide a full range of advertising creative services to help put your message in front of potential buyers.  In addition, we offer advertising planning, budgeting, rate negotiation and ad placement services to ensure clients receive maximum impact for their advertising investment.

  • Public Relations Support - Public relations activities are crucial in building product, service, and brand awareness.  We write and distribute press releases (via fax, email and internet-based distribution services) to assist our clients in this important endeavor.  Press releases are generally issued quarterly to build name awareness and support the sales effort.

  • Trade Show Services - Trade show participation can put your product or service in front of a broad audience very quickly.  The biggest mistake most companies make are in pre-show preparation and post-show follow up.  We can help you plan for a successful show and even represent your company at key industry trade events.  Pre- and post-show activities can include space acquisition, filing service contracts, advertising, public relations, direct mail, and on-site promotion.
